system into Front Desk® format. Below are the different levels of data transfers we offer.

Patient Names, Address, Phone Numbers, Date of Birth and File Numbers (excludes Transactions & Appointments).
OR
Basic Data Transfer + Appointments    $690
Patient Names, Address, Phone Numbers, Date of Birth, File Numbers + Appointments.
OR
Basic Data Transfer + Transactions + Appointments     $1490
Patient Names, Address, Phone Numbers, Date of Birth, File Numbers + Account Transactions + Appointments + Item Codes.

Data for data transfers must be inspected by a Smartsoft representative for suitability prior to Smartsoft agreeing to transfer any such data.
