With your purchase of the Front Desk Practice Management System® license
you will receive software support and free upgrades for the initial 6 months of
purchase, 3 x 1 hour training sessions, assistance with installation and a printed
manual.
You may contact us for technical or helpdesk support
at any time via fax, email or phone. During the training and installation period
Smartsoft will initiate any phone calls that are required.
After the initial 6 months, you may choose to extend your Support & Upgrades
for Front Desk® by taking up our Front Desk® Extended Care
Plan.

Regular updates to Front Desk® ensure that your investment is protected
by continually improving the system and adding new functionality to keep up with
changes in practice management requirements.
Regular software updates can be downloaded directly from our website. We also provide
a cd upgrade sent to all users with a current Care Plan annually.
