This file summarises changes made between Front Desk Web Appointment Book 2.0.0 and 2.1.0 Run this upgrade only on the computer hosting the Front Desk Web Appointment Book. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Enhancements Made 2.1.0 APPOINTMENT BOOK - New functionality allowing the making and editing of appointments via PDA interface. - Ability to move existing appointments by using “Change Appointment” and “Change Appointment To” option in the right click menu. 2.0.2 ACCESS LEVELS - Ability to restrict access to practitioners and practice groups in the Web Appointment Book on a per user basis. By default all users have access to all practitioners and practice groups. - Option to set Read Only access to the web appointment book on a per user basis. COLOUR MAPPING - The Front Desk appointment book colours are now displayed as web friendly pastel colours. THIRD PARTY LOGIN - Added an option to allow a user to link directly to the web appointment book without having to go through a login screen. This option is useful for clinics wishing to use a booking agency to make appointments outside of clinic opening hours. Bug fixes 2.1.0 - When access control was used, some users couldn't add appointments. Fixed. 2.0.3 - Appointments going over the bottom row (due to change of end appointment book time) will be handled properly instead of showing error page. - Wrong date links were displayed on top of page. Now fixed. 2.0.1 ADD/EDIT APPOINTMENTS - Issue which affected WebPlus only when server and client browser machines were on different time zones. Appointments would appear in different timeslots to when they were made, being the difference between the time zones of the web server and client browser machines. Fixed.
